Manfrotto Alpha S.H.O.T. Grip Kit

The Alpha S.H.O.T. line is Manfrotto's tripod system for hunters and spotters, not photographers: one-handed grip control for a fast transition between glassing with binoculars and settling onto a rifle or spotting scope. A universal saddle takes quick-release plates for both optics and firearms on the same head.

The aluminum Grip Kit (MK-R02-SD) reaches 177 cm (69.7 in) and collapses to 76 cm, carrying up to 8 kg on the grip head. The PRO versions (MK-R03-SD, MK-R05-SD) add a more capable grip head, and the carbon fiber MK-R04-SD and MK-R05-SD variants cut weight for a long carry into the field. The MK-R04-SD ball head kit is rated to 15 kg (33 lb) for larger rifle platforms.
