The A6SB-EVS is the compact end of LynTec's power accessory line: six receptacles arranged 2 x 3 in a block rather than a strip, rated 15 amps, with surge suppression on the input. The block shape suits a shelf, a lectern cavity, or the underside of a table where a long strip will not fit.

What separates it from the plain A6SB is EVS, Extreme Voltage Shutdown. Where a surge suppressor clamps short spikes, EVS watches for a sustained overvoltage condition and opens the connection to the load instead of trying to absorb it, which is the failure mode that takes out amplifiers and video gear on a bad neutral. It is sold for audio, video, and lighting distribution in the North American market.
