Lexar microSDXC Express Card Reader RW540

microSD Express cards carry a PCIe interface behind the familiar microSD shape, and a conventional UHS-I reader throttles them to a fraction of what they can do. The RW540 reads them over USB 3.2 Gen 2 at up to 900 MB/s, which is the point of buying Express media in the first place.

It is built to survive a bag: rated to 1500 G shock at 0.5 ms, vibration from 10 to 2000 Hz across all three axes, and 95 percent humidity. A USB Type-C to Type-C cable and a Type-C to Type-A adapter ship with it, so it reaches whichever port the machine offers.
