Kramer AD-DM/GF DVI (M) to 15-pin HD (F) Adapter

The Kramer AD-DM/GF is a passive adapter with a male DVI-I connector on one side and a female 15-pin HD socket on the other, carrying the analog VGA signal that a DVI-I connector already includes.

It works because DVI-I carries analog RGB alongside the digital link, so this adapter is a pin remap rather than a converter. That also means it will not produce a picture from a DVI-D source, which has no analog pins to remap.
