JVC VF-HP840U Studio Viewfinder

The VF-HP840U is an 8.4-inch color LCD studio viewfinder for the JVC GY-HD250 studio camera. Its XGA 1024 by 768 panel gives a camera operator a large, detailed monitoring surface at the front of the camera, and the display handles both HD and SD in a 50/60Hz multi-format design so it fits mixed production standards.

The finder is built for studio framing: user-assignable aspect markers and safety areas keep shots inside the intended frame, and video and power both run through a single multi-pin cable to keep the setup clean. A shading hood is included to cut glare under studio lighting. This is a demo unit, with one piece available.
