Purchase orders from educational institutions, competitive school-district bids, and a W-9 on request. Columbia, Cornell, MIT, NYU, Penn State and Rutgers already buy here.
Educational institutions can issue a purchase order to G&G directly. We bid school and district A/V packages, and we have equipped university broadcast, lecture-capture and production rooms since 1988.
Purchase orders
- Educational institutions are on our accepted-PO list - no separate application to buy.
- Specify terms as Net 10 or Net 30.
- Freight is Prepay and Add or FOB Origin; ask us for exact freight before you submit.

Bids and paperwork
- Schools and districts are encouraged to send us competitive bids - see bidding information.
- We supply our W-9 and our New Jersey Business Certificate with our bids on request.

- Establishing credit instead? Send three trade references, your accounts payable contact, and your bank name, location and officer.
