Hear Technologies Hear Back OCTO Personal Monitor System

Hear Back OCTO is the eight-channel personal monitoring system, simpler than the PRO platform and sized for a band or worship team that needs each player on their own mix without building a 128-channel network. Each mixer gives local control of ten channels, the eight system inputs plus a stereo AUX input, and connects on standard Cat5e that carries both power and signal.

The 1U Hub takes its eight channels from any of three switch-selectable sources: ADAT optical, analog on a DB-25 with eight balanced inputs, or HearBus from another Hub. HearBus in and out on 8-pin RJ45 jacks lets hubs daisy chain across a large stage. The headphone amplifier delivers 1.88 W into 50 ohms and 185 mW into 600 ohms, so it drives both low-impedance in-ears and high-impedance studio headphones. The four pack contains four mixers, a hub, four 50 foot Cat5e cables, an analog DA-88 style cable, and a tote bag; hubs and mixers are also sold individually.
