Hartke HyDrive HD410 4x10 Bass Cabinet

The HyDrive HD410 is the four-by-ten that most Hartke rigs are built around. Its drivers use the patented HyDrive cone, a two-piece composite that pairs an anodized aluminum inner section with a paper outer section, giving the cabinet the clarity of an aluminum cone without losing the low-midrange weight of paper. Rated at 1000 watts RMS into 8 ohms, it takes anything the LH1000 or a modern Class D head will hand it.

Construction is solid plywood with extensive internal bracing and dado joinery, wrapped in textured vinyl and fronted by a black perforated steel grille. The enclosure is sealed and split into two chambers, which keeps the response tight rather than boomy. A 1-inch high-frequency driver with a three-position level switch handles the top end, inputs are doubled on Twist and Lock and 1/4-inch jacks wired in parallel, and four removable casters plus eight steel corners handle the loading dock.
