Hartke HyDrive HL410 4x10 Lightweight Bass Cabinet

The HL410 is the lightweight version of the Hartke four-by-ten. Swapping ceramic magnets for neodymium drops the cabinet to just over 45 pounds, roughly 18 pounds less than the HD410, while keeping the same 1000-watt RMS rating and 8-ohm load. The HyDrive cone is unchanged: an aluminum inner section for attack and definition bonded to a paper outer section for warmth, in a driver that stays composed at high output.

Low-frequency extension actually goes deeper than the heavier cabinet, reaching 45 Hz at -3 dB and 30 Hz at -10 dB. The enclosure is kiln-dried plywood with dado joinery and heavy bracing, finished in textured paint with a black perforated steel grille. A 1-inch high-frequency driver with a three-position switch sets the amount of top end, and parallel Twist and Lock plus 1/4-inch inputs make it easy to stack.
