Fujinon MS-X1 Semi-Servo Rear Control Kit for LA Series Lenses
The MS-X1 is the rear control kit Fujinon publishes for its LA Series 4K portable lenses, and it splits the two jobs the way most hand-held operators want them split. Zoom runs through the SRD-92B demand on the right grip, which plugs into the lens on an 8-pin connector and drives the servo. Focus stays mechanical: the FMM-X1 module clamps to the lens focus ring, a CFC-12-990 flexible cable carries the rotation back along the camera body, and the operator turns it at the CFH-3 grip on the left.
Buying the kit rather than the four parts means the cable lengths, clamps and connector types are already matched to the LA Series body. Fujinon lists the same four components as its LA Series control configuration, so the MS-X1 is the complete semi-servo build for that lens family rather than a starting point. The full-servo alternative for the same class of lens is the MS series' servo-focus sibling, which replaces the manual module and grip with a focus servo module and a position demand.
