FSR SS-USB-C-CHRG Charging Port and PS6 Power Distribution

The SS-USB-C-CHRG is a charging port rather than a data port: a snap-in module that fits a Simple Solutions opening in a table box, wall plate or lectern and gives a room a USB-C outlet that does not depend on a laptop being plugged in. It ships with its own supply for a single-position install.

Run six of them and six wall adapters become the problem. The SS-USB-CHRG-PS6 is the fix: a 1RU low-voltage distribution board that mounts on the rear rack rails and feeds up to six DC powered FSR chargers from one 15 VDC supply over captive-screw terminals, with an LED to confirm the rail is live. It powers the IT-USB-CHRG, SS-USB-CHRG, SS-USB-C-CHRG and IPS-D717S alike.
