The Fluent Audio Tour Guide line is a portable one-way system for the situations where a guide has to be heard and a raised voice will not do it - a factory floor, a museum gallery, a worship service running live translation, a walking tour on a noisy street. The presenter speaks into the bundled FA-MP31 headset microphone on the transmitter, and every listener follows on a lightweight receiver with folding headphones.

Two bands are available. The FA-DTG72 runs on 72 MHz with 17 selectable channels and coverage up to 400 feet, and it works alongside most existing 72 MHz bodypack receivers already in a venue. The FA-DTG900 runs on 903-927 MHz with 25 selectable channels and reaches up to 600 feet line of sight, so several groups can run in parallel without crossing signals. Either band is kitted for 5, 10, or 20 listeners and ships with the transmitter, headset mic, receivers, FA-HP1S folding headphones, an FA-CU-06 charging bay, and an FA-CC05 carry case. The built-in lithium-ion batteries use smart charging and top up in about two hours.
