Earthworks M23R Reference Measurement Microphone

The M23R is a precision omnidirectional measurement microphone for loudspeaker design, sound system tuning, room acoustics, and quality control. Every unit is matched to within 0.5 dB of the reference response across its entire operating range, so measurements taken with different M23R units stay comparable.

It reaches 3 Hz to 23 kHz within 0.5 dB, well past the range most measurement platforms need, and runs on standard 24 to 48 V phantom power over XLR.
