ESE ES88SI Source Identifier Display

The ES88SI is ESE's source identifier display: the readout that tells a control room which source is live, so operators are reading a label instead of counting router crosspoints. ESE has built this class of studio hardware, clocks, timers, master time code and status displays, for broadcasters since 1971, and the ES88SI belongs to that line of purpose-built panels that do one job and stay out of the way.

ESE has retired this model. It is gone from ese-web.com, absent from every current product family and product listing page, and it does not appear in ESE's own 2013 catalogs, so there is no manufacturer datasheet, manual or specification to reproduce here and none has been invented.
