Elgato Prompter

Prompter puts a 9-inch, 1024 x 600 display in front of the lens so a presenter can read a script while looking straight at the camera instead of down at a phone or laptop. Interchangeable backplates and a universal bracket mount it over DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, webcams, smartphones, and action cameras, and two 1/4-inch threads plus two cold shoe mounts hold lights or a mic alongside it.

The free Camera Hub software runs the script manager, a display mode for showing apps or windows instead of text, Twitch chat integration, and Voice Sync for automatic scroll pacing (which needs an NVIDIA RTX 2060 or Apple M1 or better). It connects over a 200cm USB-C to USB-A 3.0 cable and needs USB 3.0 or newer on the host.
