Eiki EEXM Extension Unit

The EEXM extension unit is how an EDCP2000 conference system grows past what one loop can carry: it adds four more CU/DU channels and up to four additional chains of microphones, and it can sit up to 100 meters from the main unit. A loop-wired architecture gives the system the reliability of hand-in-hand cabling with the practical benefits of a star topology, so one bad connection does not have to take down the run.

It is fanless by design, so it does not add noise to a room that is trying to capture clean audio, and its compact, low-profile case tucks into a rack or a table run without drawing attention. A grounded/floating switch and separate indicators for power, loop-through, and repeated chains keep the unit's status visible without opening a manual.
