Eiki EAP4C 2.4GHz/5GHz Conference Access Point

The EAP4C is the wireless access point that connects an EDCP2000 conference processor to its wireless discussion units, or extends coverage further when a system adds a network switch and more APs. Each unit covers a typical 30-meter radius and connects up to 50 conference units, so a single large room or a set of adjoining rooms can be covered by adding APs rather than rerunning cable.

It runs on 802.3at PoE, so a single Ethernet run handles both power and data, and mounts to a ceiling, wall, or stand rack to suit the room. Four built-in 5dBi antennas cover both the 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands at up to 1200Mbps, and 128-bit AES encryption with WPA2, MAC filtering, and SSID-hiding keeps the wireless mic traffic off an open network.
