The XTreme is the most rugged headset Eartec builds, designed for sites where a hard hat or bump cap is mandatory. A heavy-duty stainless spring steel back band carries the earcups behind the head so headgear can sit normally, and gel-filled earpads inside heptagonal cups keep both ears covered in a loud environment.

This version carries an inline push-to-talk button on the cable for use with Scrambler PLUS wireless radios, sold separately. Dual-ear coverage is the reason it gets specified over the Cyber or Monarch on construction, industrial, and motorsport crews.
