Same TCS power station, different headsets. The 4000XTreme ships with four XTreme headsets, the ones tree care, crane, and construction crews use, along with avionics and defense contractors. The septagonal cup covers the ear completely and the cushions are wider and thicker toward the bottom and rear, which is the reason operators can wear them all day.

XTreme wired headsets are self-contained and need no belt pack amplifier. Each has a 5-foot cable ending in a 3-pin XLR that plugs straight into the TCS power station or a floor cable, and each has its own volume control. The power station runs on standard AC wall current, and floor cables are available in several lengths.
