Eartec Monarch Headset for Other Brands
The Monarch started life as a headset for commercial speech recognition systems, which is why it weighs four ounces and still survives an industrial floor. The shell is molded in PBT, the same resin used for automobile bumpers, and the slender back band gives a unisex fit that does not need adjusting between operators. It is as comfortable in a TV studio as it is in the cab of a tower crane.
Pick the connector that matches the intercom or radio you already run. Eartec offers the Monarch with 4-pin and 5-pin XLR in male and female, Kenwood and Motorola two-pin molded plugs with inline push-to-talk, and a 3.5 mm TRRS plug. The 30 mm mylar driver, electret condenser boom microphone, and 3-foot cable are identical across the range.
