DVDO AA2x50W-1 2x50W Class-D Audio Amplifier with Volume Control
The AA2x50W-1 is the step up in the range for a room that needs real level: 2 x 50 W into 8 ohms in stereo, or 1 x 100 W into 4 ohms in mono, from a Class D output stage that runs cool enough to live under a table or in a shallow rack. Three switchable inputs cover an RCA stereo pair, a 3.5 mm jack and a digital optical S/PDIF connection, which is usually how a modern display hands off its audio.
EQ management covers line, bass and treble, and volume is set on a front panel rotary knob. Beyond the front panel it takes IR, RS-232 or IP control, with a web GUI for setup and day-to-day adjustment on the network. A loop output passes signal on for a second amplifier, and power-off memory means the room comes back the way it was left.
