Denon FT200 Foot Pedal Foot-operated Switch
The FT200 is a foot-operated switch that gives an operator hands-free playback control over a CDR300 portable CD recorder. Plugging into the recorder's rear-panel FOOT PEDAL jack, a single press starts and pauses playback so a presenter, editor, or booth operator can cue audio without reaching for the transport buttons, useful for cueing sound effects, church service music, or courtroom and meeting playback where hands need to stay free.
The pedal is a playback-only control; per the CDR300 owner's manual, the FOOT PEDAL jack does not pause or resume an active recording, so it should not be relied on to punch a recording in or out. It was originally offered as an optional accessory for the CDR300 by Superscope Technologies, the OEM behind that recorder line.
