The KM40-1AM builds a studio-ready package around Cartoni's Master 40 flat Mitchell-base head (HM4000), rated 5 to 52 kg with continuous fluid drag and continuous counterbalance across a full 90 degree tilt range. Digital readouts for drag and counterbalance and an illuminated spirit level keep setup fast and repeatable.

The head rides on a 1-stage aluminum tripod with a matching flat Mitchell base and a mid-level spreader for a rigid footprint on studio floors and OB trucks. Pivoting feet and a telescopic pan bar round out the kit for camera operators who need a stable, no-fuss support for a heavy ENG or studio lens package.
