Canon RF45mm F1.2 STM

The RF45mm F1.2 STM is a compact standard prime for the EOS R system that puts a very fast f/1.2 aperture in a lightweight body. The near-normal 45mm angle of view suits everyday shooting, portraits, and available-light work, and wide open it renders a soft, shallow background while keeping the subject bright. A PMo aspheric element helps control aberrations so the wide aperture stays clean.

Gear-type STM autofocus with a magnetic detection system drives focus quietly, which suits both stills and video. The lens balances well on smaller EOS R bodies and takes 67mm screw-in filters. It ships with the E-67II front cap and the RF rear dust cap.
