Canon EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM

The EF-S 24mm f/2.8 STM is a slim pancake prime for APS-C EOS bodies, giving roughly a 38mm equivalent angle of view that works well for street, travel, and everyday shooting. Its flat profile keeps the camera light and discreet, and the f/2.8 aperture is bright enough for available-light work and modest background separation.

A stepping motor (STM) provides smooth, quiet autofocus that supports Movie Servo AF during video, and the lens focuses close to about 0.16 m for small subjects. It uses compact 52mm filters and ships with the E-52II lens cap and Dust Cap E.
