BZBGear BG-BSHA Streaming Box Camera
A box camera solves the problem a PTZ cannot: a fixed, framed shot from a bracket, a rail or a lectern, with no motor noise and nothing to knock out of alignment. The BSHA puts 3G-SDI, HDMI and an IP stream out together from a 1/2.8 inch Exmor CMOS sensor, and takes a 3.5 mm stereo input so room audio rides along with the picture.
The body is 70 mm square and weighs under half a pound, so it mounts almost anywhere and takes a standard lens shroud or housing. Zoom and camera settings are driven over RS-485 or RS-232 using VISCA or Pelco D/P, which lets it sit on the same control bus as the PTZ heads in the rest of the rack.
