Biamp Desono EX-S6-UB Surface-Mount Loudspeaker

The Biamp Desono EX-S6-UB is a 2-way, 6.5-inch, indoor/outdoor, coaxial, surface mount, black loudspeaker built for business audio and installed sound systems. Drivers are LF 1 x 6.5 inches; HF 1 x 1 inch. The transducer complement is LF 1 x 6.5 inches (165 mm) treated paper cone; HF 1 x 1 inch (25 mm) treated soft dome tweeter w/ waveguide. Its operating range is 58 Hz - 20 kHz.

Power handling is rated at 200W Cont.; 800W Peak. Biamp recommends 200 W - 400 W, 8 ohms (40 V - 57 V) of amplifier power. Nominal impedance is 8 ohms. Transformer tap settings are 70V: 80W, 40W, 20W, 10W; 100V: 80W, 40W, 20W. Order it in 2 versions: EX-S6-UB-B, EX-S6-UB-W.
