British Drum Co Icarus Nicko McBrain Signature Snare Drum

Icarus is one of two Nicko McBrain signature drums, built to his standards with a 10 ply Black Oak shell finished in Black Fishtail Oak veneer. The veneer figure reads almost like a hand-hammered metal shell, which is a strange and good thing to see on a wooden drum.

Every British Drum Co snare drum carries the same Palladium hardware: chrome-plated Art-Deco lugs with ThreadGrip tuning, the Palladium strainer, brass snare wires, and a laser-cut B badge that shows the shell finish through the negative space. Sizes offered here are 14 in x 6.5 in.
