BirdDog BDP4K 4K PTZ Camera
The BirdDog P4K is a full-NDI PTZ camera built around a 1-inch Sony Exmor R 14.2MP CMOS sensor, the same large-format chip that gives it a shallow depth of field and clean images in low light that most PTZ cameras cannot reach. It shoots up to 3840x2160 UHD at 30fps and pairs a 12x optical zoom with up to 18x digital reach at 4K, covering a field of view from a wide 64.6 degrees down to a tight 6.1 degrees. Full-bandwidth NDI carries the picture across the network at visually lossless quality.
Three live outputs run at the same time: two independent 6G-SDI feeds and one HDMI 2.0, alongside the NDI stream. The head pans 350 degrees each way and tilts 120 degrees, and a 0.067 lux rating keeps it usable in dim rooms. It powers from PoE++ or a DC supply, so a single network cable can carry both video and power.
