Avantone Pro Gauss 7 Active Studio Monitors Bi-Amped 7 Inch Active Monitor

Gauss 7 is an active two-way monitor built around a 7 inch ferrite-motor woofer and a 2.5 inch AMT (air motion transformer) tweeter, bi-amped in Class D at 120 W to the low end and 60 W to the high end. The bass-reflex, hybrid MDF cabinet with real wood veneer is rated 30 Hz to 22 kHz, with 103 dB peak SPL and 0.5% THD.

Front-panel controls cover a +/-6 dB gain trim, a three-position acoustic placement switch (-4 dB, -2 dB, 0 dB) for close-to-wall setups, and a high-trim switch (-2 dB, 0 dB, +2 dB) for the tweeter. Inputs are balanced TRS/XLR, and the universal 110-240V power supply draws under 0.5 W in standby.
