Autoscript A9009-0001 XBox-IP Scroll Engine
The XBox-IP is the bridge between an IP prompting workflow and prompt monitors that do not speak IP. It sits on the Ethernet network as an Intelligent Prompting device, takes its script from WinPlus-IP, and puts the rendered prompt video out on dual HD-SDI for conventional monitors, which is how a facility mid-migration keeps its existing glass working.
A Power over Ethernet output on the unit will power an Intelligent Prompting scroll control directly, which removes the need for a third-party injector in a single-controller position. Network and status are shown on a front indicator and the unit is auto-detected by WinPlus-IP, where it can be monitored, grouped, and remotely upgraded along with everything else on the network. It is not required for EVO-IP or EPIC-IP monitors, which carry their own scroll engine. Cables are purchased separately, and a PSU-SC power supply is needed if the XBox-IP runs as an independent unit.
