Autoscript A9009-0008 WB-IP Wireless Base Station

The WB-IP is the receiving half of Autoscript's wireless scroll control. It passes control data from a paired WC-IP hand control into WinPlus-IP and sends configuration back the other way, so the controller can be set up without being tethered to anything. At 25 x 73 x 116mm and 150g it mounts out of sight - the lighting grid is the usual place - which is what lets one base station cover a large studio floor.

Power and network both come in on a single Ethernet cable via PoE. An RGB status LED reports power and wireless connection state, with separate Ethernet data and link LEDs alongside, and the same status is mirrored in the WinPlus-IP device management window so the gallery can see it without walking the floor. The WC-IP wireless controller is not included.
