The AtlasIED SD72 is an 8" dual cone in-ceiling speaker with 25V/70V 5-watt transformer. The speaker used in the SD72 is the next generation of Atlas high performance cone speakers, very similar to the preceding C-Series speakers. Similarity in sonic qualities ensures that contractors and designers who have worked with the AtlasIED C-Series in the past will know exactly what to expect when they use the SD72. It runs a treated paper driver over 55Hz - 19kHz (±5dB).

Model SD72 is a dual cone, 25 watt 8" (205mm) speaker with a 10oz. (260g) ceramic magnet. AtlasIED lists 5 watt-dual voltage transformer; safety listed to UL 1480 & UL 2043; individually packaged for stocking & ordering convenience; quality 10oz dual cone speaker provides familiar response & performance. It measures 8 1/8" in diameter. It is safety listed to UL 1480, 2043 and carries a manufacturer warranty of 60 months from date of purchase.
