Drum Set Session I is AKG's all-in-one starter kit for miking a complete kit, built entirely from the Perception Live series for a durable metal casing and consistent voicing across every mic. A P2 bass drum mic anchors the low end with a built-in hum-compensation coil and integrated stand adapter, four P4 mics handle toms and snare up to 152 dB SPL with a flat, sweet response, and two P17 condensers cover overheads with a switchable pad for up to 155 dB SPL.

Every mic ships tuned to work together, so the set drops onto a kit without hunting for gain-matching or EQ. All the clamps and stand adapters needed for setup are included, along with a rugged aluminum carrying case for load-in and storage.
