AJA KI-SSD512USB 512GB KiStor SSD Media Module

The KI-SSD512USB is a 512GB AJA KiStor storage module, the removable solid-state media that Ki Pro and Ki Pro Rack recorders capture to. It gives file-based recording and playback the reliability of SSD storage while slotting cleanly into the recorder, replacing traditional VTRs in production, live, and post workflows. At 512GB it holds roughly five hours of 1080p24 Apple ProRes 422 HQ with four channels of audio, enough headroom for long-form and event work.

What sets the KiStor module apart is its dual connection: a SATA interface mates it to the Ki Pro or a KiStor dock, while a built-in USB 3.0 port lets you plug the drive straight into a computer for fast offload in the field. That means recordings move to an editing system without an extra reader or cabling.
