Yamaha DSR Series Powered Loudspeaker
DSR is the high-output end of Yamaha's powered PA range. The three full-range cabinets are two-way bi-amplified bass-reflex designs sharing one 1,500 W amplifier package split 1,020 W to the low driver and 480 W to a 2-inch titanium-diaphragm compression driver, with FIR-X linear-phase crossover filtering so the transition stays phase-coherent off axis.
Maximum output runs 134 dB SPL on the DSR112, 136 dB on the DSR115, and 138 dB on the dual-15 DSR215, all with 90 x 60 degree nominal coverage. The DSR118W subwoofer takes the same amplifier platform down to an 18-inch driver at 1,020 W with a 40 Hz low corner. Every cabinet has balanced XLR and TRS inputs with a paralleled XLR output, D-CONTOUR dynamic processing, and 100 W power consumption; the tops add three M10 flying points and a 35 mm pole socket.
