Whirlwind pcDIQ Four-Channel Rack Direct Box

The pcDIQ is the rack mount, four channel version of the pcDI. Each channel takes stereo unbalanced line level in on gold plated left and right RCA jacks or a 3.5 mm stereo jack, plus a left-only 1/4 inch tip-sleeve jack so a channel can work as an ordinary direct box, and converts it to balanced mic level on left and right XLRs at the rear.

Every output is transformer isolated. A stereo mix bus lets any combination of the four channels be summed to a single stereo mic level balanced output, and per channel switches cover PAD, MONO, GROUND LIFT and MIX assignment. A separate switch converts the mix bus output from stereo to mono, so a channel can run mono while the bus stays stereo.
