Whirlwind Catdusa CT Cattail Breakouts
The Cattails are the lightest members of the Catdusa family: a Neutrik Ethercon connector broken out to four XLRs on 18 inch tails, with no box at all. Use two together and you have a simple four channel fan-to-fan snake; combine them with the boxed Catdusa parts and you can build a stage sub-snake system around ordinary Cat cable.
They are wired with 110 ohm cable so AES and DMX performance holds up, and with shielded Cat cable they pass phantom power for condenser microphones. The CT-F has four female XLRs, the CT-M has four male, and the CT-MF has four interchangeable male/female XLRs.
