VariZoom CP Micro Motion Control Head

The CP Micro is VariZoom's compact entry into the CinemaPro motion control line, built around the same frame-accurate, fully enclosed drivetrain as the larger CP and CP Jr heads at roughly a third the size and weight. It moves from an imperceptible creep up to 45-60 degrees per second, holds camera position under power without drift, and passes cables through both the pan and tilt rotators for a clean rig. It's sized for cameras up to 12 lbs, a fit for the Canon C100/C300, Sony FS5, Sony a7R II, RED Raven, and most DSLR/mirrorless bodies on a jib, remote pan/tilt mount, or multi-camera studio rig.

The head ships bare (cables, case, and power supply only) or as a kit with one of five control consoles: hand wheels, pan bars, the Advanced Console, or the Jibstick Pro/Jr joystick, all of which also work with VariZoom's larger CP and CP Jr heads. Every configuration includes a hard case, control and power cables, and a choice of Mitchell or 100mm ball mount at no charge, with onboard lens control, a 3-inch riser block, longer extension cables, and wireless control to 1 mile available as options.
