This is one year of Professional software support for a TriCaster Vizion perpetual license, written to extend coverage into year two and beyond after the first year lapses. The Professional tier adds 24/7 telephone support on top of standard software maintenance, so a facility running live outside business hours always has a line to Vizrt.
