Vizrt FLEX TriCaster Flex Control Surface

The TriCaster Flex Control Surface puts hands-on switching, audio, and camera control in front of a TriCaster instead of a keyboard and mouse. It connects to the production network over NDI and takes instant control of a compatible switcher on that network, so a single panel can move between systems without rewiring. Sixteen direct crosspoints, a T-bar for manual transitions, and labeled LCD buttons give an operator tactile access to sources, effects, and transitions during a live show.

Beyond video, the Flex handles audio and camera work from one surface. A mini joystick drives pan and tilt with focus and iris control and an auto function for PTZ cameras, while two pairs of 1/4 inch stereo inputs and two pairs of 1/4 inch stereo outputs expand the audio I/O. Talkback and microphone inputs with a headphone output keep camera operators and talent in sync. A single RJ45 Ethernet port carries the NDI connection.
