Vinten 3370-3 HDT-1 Elevation Unit

The 3370-3 sits between the HDT-1 tripod and the head and adds 46 cm (18 in) of quick height adjustment. On a big studio or OB build, changing eyeline by half a metre normally means resetting three legs; this makes it one movement at the centre column.

It carries a 113 kg payload, so it is rated for the camera and lens combinations the HDT-1 is bought for in the first place, and it presents the four-bolt flat interface at both ends. Unit weight is 5 kg and it ships with its user guide.
