Vaxis Atom A5 SDI Wireless Monitor

The Atom A5 SDI swaps the standard A5's HDMI-only I/O for both BNC (3G-SDI) and HDMI in and out, so it drops straight into an SDI cinema camera rig instead of needing a converter. It keeps the same 5.5-inch, 1920x1080 touchscreen as the standard A5 but doubles the brightness to 2000 cd/m² and extends the wireless range to roughly 1,000 feet, with the monitor working as either a transmitter or receiver in the Atom ecosystem.

Focus peaking, histogram, pixel zoom, vectorscope, and waveform are all built into the display for on-set exposure and focus checking, and a microSD slot records an MP4 proxy locally. It mounts on a standard 1/4"-20 point on the bottom, runs on the same dual L-series battery plate as the standard A5, and weighs about 12.7 oz on its own.
