Vaxis Storm 058 Pro Wireless Touchscreen Monitor (V-Mount)

The Storm 058 Pro is a compact 5.5 inch wireless touchscreen monitor with the receiver built in, so it works as a standalone RX monitor for a focus puller, a boom operator, or a second camera assistant without a separate box hanging off the rig. The 1920 x 1080 panel runs up to 1500 nits with a 1000:1 contrast ratio and a 178 degree viewing angle, bright and wide enough to read handheld in daylight.

Its built-in receiver pulls a signal from any Storm transmitter at up to 656 feet with essentially zero perceptible latency and full 1080p60, and because it is receive-only it carries no video inputs or outputs of its own. One Storm transmitter can feed up to 20 of these monitors at once, which is how a production puts a 058 Pro in front of every department head without adding transmitters. It runs on its built-in V-mount plate or a 2-pin LEMO input, and the whole interface runs on Vaxis's own CINE OS touchscreen software.
