Universal Audio OX Amp Top Box Reactive Load Box
The OX Amp Top Box sits between a tube amp's speaker output and the room, presenting a reactive load instead of a cabinet so the amp can be run in its sweet spot at any listening level. What comes out is a recorded amp sound with the dynamics intact, not a line-level approximation of one.
Cabinet and microphone combinations are chosen with the RIG knob, with over 100 Rigs that can be auditioned, tweaked and saved from an iPad or a Mac or Windows computer. UA Dynamic Room Modeling adds the speaker breakup and cone cry that a real cabinet produces at the edge of destruction. It works with any tube amp rated at 150 watts RMS or less into 4, 8 or 16 ohms.
