Explore SE pairs a 1/1.8-inch 9MP UHD CMOS sensor with a 30x lens running f=6.91 to 214.64mm at a fast F1.35 to F4.6, giving it more reach and more light than the standard Explore in a lower-cost package. Horizontal field of view runs 63 degrees wide down to 2.1 degrees at full tele, with a working distance from 30cm to 150cm.

Telycam positions Explore SE for immersive and virtual-production broadcast work, where the extra zoom range and low-light speed matter more than the top-tier connectivity of the full Explore. It ships in black and white to match either a news set or a studio built around a lighter color palette.
