Tightrope Cablecast CBL-CG330-SDI-HA Hardware Assurance Plan

The CBL-CG330-SDI-HA is an annual hardware assurance contract for the SDI-output Cablecast CG330 channel-branding server. It keeps the CG hardware - the appliance that generates a station's bulletin-board channel and its on-air bug, bug text, and crawl - under coverage, so a failed unit can be repaired or replaced quickly and a branded channel stays on air.

This is a service contract for existing CG330-SDI hardware, renewed each year, not a standalone product. Cablecast caps total hardware coverage at 5 years from the original purchase or install date - a 3-year factory warranty plus up to 2 years of purchased extension, the same cap that applies across the Cablecast line including legacy CG330 and SXLE hardware. Past that cap, Cablecast still offers hourly RMA service case by case, depending on the issue and parts availability.
