Tightrope Carousel CAR-330-TVO Digital Signage Appliance with HD-SDI Output

The Carousel 330 is the higher-powered media appliance in the Carousel digital signage line, built for demanding jobs like campus headends and video walls where more robust inputs, outputs, and channel density are needed. It runs a Haswell dual-core processor with Intel HD Graphics for smooth transitions, crawls, and 1080p video, and its output is fully scalable up to 2560 x 1600. The CAR-330-TVO adds the optional SD/HD-SDI television output, so the same box that manages signage can lay a branded channel directly onto a cable or broadcast feed.

Content plays from local storage, so a channel keeps running through a network outage. Combined with a Carousel Player License it becomes a managed endpoint on a Carousel network; add a Carousel Server License and the unit runs standalone as a hub for up to 15 channels and players. Optional S-Video, composite, and component inputs allow full-screen, L-bar, or picture-in-window layouts, and it plays MPEG-2, MPEG-4, H.264, WMV, QuickTime, AVI, and Flash video.
