The XVVRM-OBO12M fans a twelve-channel multimode optical trunk out to individual connectors, in a reversible module that fits the Theatrixx 8-Bay Frame either way round.

It is fully passive, so it takes no power from the frame and has nothing in it to fail. Video, network and audio can share the same trunk, which is what makes it useful on a long run where pulling one cable is the whole job.
