Teris TS-VCT-14 Camera Adapter Plate

The VCT-14 pattern is the shoulder-mount standard on broadcast camcorders, and this Teris plate is the machined aluminum version of it. Nine 1/4 inch and eight 3/8 inch threads run its length, so a camera, a wireless receiver, and a battery plate can all land where the balance point needs them.

At 285 x 80 x 27 mm and 0.9 kg it is a solid slab rather than a light bracket, which is the point: the plate is what keeps a long body from twisting on the head. Aluminum construction throughout.
